I had the tub installed in September 2016. The jets worked for a week then stopped. I have called them numerous times and when i am lucky enough to get anyone they promise to repair the tub. It is now December 2016 and the tub is still broken. I am still paying exorbitant payments because it is so expensive and now nobody will answer the phone.

They have contacted me to tell me how sorry they are and that they are going to send another piece for moms and an then contact me for a service call. What a joke, that have never called and they still won't answer their calls. My mom hates her tub already and wishes she never invested that large amount of money to still not be able to take a shower. Such a sad thing to pick of the elderly and handicap. How do people sleep at night. She would love a refund at this point. She is looking for a lawyer, but again money is the main problem because all she has already but out. Please can anyone help her?

Worked in the call center for 8 years and watched everything go downhill and finally got to the point of calling mostly customers that never expressed interest in a walk in tub and harassed them daily . To hear their frustrations of calling them day after day was heartbreaking but we were sitting there on a chopping block to still get appointments or else we would be terminated. It came to being physically ill walking into a job. It turns out at least 75 people were let go from the company . i saved my vacation time and set aside to be able to go visit my family . I had 3 weeks I saved and was planning to use some in October . I lost it all and no severence pay or nothing. I spent so many years with the company and I along with the others are wondering how to keep a roof over our head.whrn none of us deserved to be let go. The only people thst are left are those making less salary and those that had luck on their side to be able to keep a paycheck. I am sadended by the new structure and financial woes that company is going through but as employees we were expected to keep beating a dead horse .

Joke and Scam of a Company

The current ownership does not care about anyone but themselves. They continue to lie about advertising and lead sources to the sales reps and the telephone agents. The operation has turned into nothing but a sham and so many customers are owed money they will not get and in need of service that they will never receive. All they are getting is unanswered calls and voice-mails that are full! The staff that is remaining are mostly second rate and spend more time smoking than working and no one cares!!! Even the so called CEO...lol!! Unfortunately this company is officially a JOKE!!

A bunch of low life thieves. I signed a contract to have then install a tub but they never showed up for 4 months and when I asked for my $4250.00 back they sent me a letter saying I forfeit the deposit cause I cancelled the contract. The letter they've sent me has no name and the phone number on it was no longer in service 386-761-**** A bunch of dishonest people What a shame. Now I have to take than to court and ask for the lawyers fee as well My name is Nabil Bennekaa

Good luck to you! Yes I was a former employee there and when we asked the accounting department about the status of refunds, we also go the run-around.

The company has now switched ownership again and now the call center has moved to another state. I really hope you are able to get you money back!

Besides charging you $25-30 THOUSAND dollars for something that should cost about $3000 maybe.... THEY DON'T PAY THE PEOPLE THEY HIRE to do the work!! They contracted with me to do the electrical portion of the install around where I live in southern tier/western NY. Then they tell me the company changed ownership and the new company would not be paying me for the work I did! What a crock of $#!T!!!!!!! So, unless you think it's perfectly ok for a company to hire people to do work and then not pay them then DO NOT BUY A TUB from this SCAM COMPANY!!!!! thank you !!!

They did the same thing to our company in VT. They hired us to do electrical work 3-9-16.

Gave us a credit card to pay for the work, when we ran the card, they called and told us they were going to do a fraudulent charge back as we were not authorized to run the card that THEY provided to us, and the company changed ownership so they were not responsible for the debt.

These people are snakes, our company is filing a complaint against them with the Attorney General's office. I suggest any other business that have had these issues with them do the same thing.

I am also an electrical contractor and did work for Premiercare in Wisconsin. They owe me on 2 jobs, since 2/2016.

I have heard of other contractors not getting paid as well. I may have to file liens on the homeowners now. Not fair to me or the homeowners.

I would search elsewhere for a walk in tub company with a decent reputation. These guys do not return calls and ignore the contractors that they screwed over.

We purchased the Premier bath after her motorcycle accident; she was t-boned by a drunk driver. It was installed in November of 2014. We were told our hot water tank was big enough to handle the needs of the tub. That turned out to be not true. Premier did try to solve that problem. Since November of 2014, we not have the caulk wearing out, the faucet is starting to show signs of leaking and now we are told warranty is no longer on our unit. For 15 grand, it still should be. We live in North East Ohio. Our sales guy was named โ€œ Smittyโ€. We were told our hot water tank would be big enough, it was not. We were told about a warranty that did not exist. If you live in North East Ohio, do not buy a Premier tub!!. It is way overpriced. Also, the sales guy is dishonest. We now can't open bathroom window because the tub was not measured correctly. Thankfully, she is recovering well from the accident. The tub is ok but not worth 15 grand. It was a big mistake on our part. Iโ€™m including photos.

If you read the fine print shown during the commercials, it states a down payment of 9.9% is required, which is one third the price of the tub then, on top of that monthly payments of $150 for 120 months...... that alone is $18,000!

For a tub!! You can do your whole bathroom for that, including a walk in shower.

I don't see how this company isn't reported to the BBB for ripping people off. READ the small print before signing anything!

I agree with all complaints I've seen so far. I had a tub installed in August 2014 for my wife who handicapped.

the two sub-contractors were bums and pigs. It took me days to clean up their mess! The panels were coming out and all the calking cracked. I called them many times over and it took a month before someone from Ontario (I live in Quebec) called me back and send a guy to fix it about 1 year ago.

The panels are still coming out and the calking at the bottom is still cracking. Also the left part of the stair they installed cracks. The water drips from the faucet to the wall. I called them many times over and nothing.

the toll free number I got was 1-87*-***-****. there is only a French voicemail that says record your name and someone will call you ASAP. I called at 09:00 AM, 11:00 AM and 13:15 and nothing.

I was told by someone that premier care may have foreclosed.

if so what happens to my (&?%$/"!) life time warranty!

I paid $24,144.96 taxes included ($26,000 - $5,000 rebate = $21,000 plus tax). I am pissed that I pay that much and that there is no returns of calls and no real customer service.

I opposed through my bank to the last pre-authorized payments of $779.98.

Anyone else has problems like this.

My tub is leaking around the door and it has been two months now and they have got my phone # blocked so i can only call them from an out side # one time and then they will block it also i have the dates i called they will not return my calls i am With out a bath i can only use the shower i have only one foot and the use of my other leg is no good i needed a bath i am paying for a bath i guess i will have to stop paying and see if that will help James Hawkins Tazewell Tn.

I am an electrical contractor in Wisconsin. They did not pay me for jobs I did for them. The rep promised to take care of the invoices but now he ignores my calls or his voicemail box is always full. I think there are many other contractors that are trying to collect from previous jobs. If you call the main number and try to get the accounting department, you also don't get a live person to talk to. You must leave a voicemail and that voicemail box is also always full.They shut down the Indianapolis office so you have to deal with the Daytona office. They promise a call back from another representative and nothing! Stay away from this corrupt business, unless you want liens on your house!

I bought a tub from this Co. For over 15k.just nine years and the door started to leak I tried to buy another door and they wanted over twelve hundred seventy five for new one ..got no satisfaction what so ever from them.i was talking to the co. In Canada and they just cut me of saying that this is the co. Policy. And the co. In the good old u s a was not one bit better. So I am left in limbo with this co. I am trying to get some one to fix the door so we don't have to buy a new tub but seems hopeless here now.

So I worked for them for free and they want me to swallow it and keep working for free! By the way folks do your research no ONE bought them they are just changing names. The owners live in England and screwing everyone in the US, workers and the elderly.

No refund after canceling in the required time frame

My mom ordered a premiere tub and decided within the 3 days to cancel due to cost. It is all documented that she cancelled in the appropriate timeframe and was told her $4000 would be refunded in 10-15 days. It is now 6 weeks later and we have nothing, and no progress at all. I have been calling daily for the last 2 weeks and can't get any satisfaction. I cannot get through to anyone to help me either. Do not trust this company, they will keep your money. I am not sure what to do next, is it time for a lawyer? does anyone have any thoughts on how to get my mom's money back, she is elderly and I am sure that plays into it.

I too was a victim of misleading and fraudulent practices of Premier. They tried to railroad me about my $4332.00 down payment.

First they said it would take 15 days for me to recieve my money back then after two weeks they stopped responding to me at all.

Well because I used my Wells Fargo Visa card for my downpayment I was able to dispute the charge with the bank and they investigated ( it took about 2 months) but in the end Wells Fargo announced that they were crediting me back my money and that the dispute was closed in my favor. CALL YOUR BANK!!!!

File a complaint via BBB make sure you have all your documents. Make it known to the company that you will file a complaint at FTC too.

You will get your refund, but you will need a lot of patience too. Visit FTC to know your rights.

Call Channel 2 News Channel 4 channel 5 channel 7 Channel 9 11 and 13 because they would love to hear how Premier bathing are ripping off senior citizens because that's who's buying the bathtubs senior citizens and disabled people so why not put the spotlight on them and watch things change

Response to customer complaint

Premier installed a shower for my dad May 26th, 2016. Everything seemed ok, but the next day we tried to take a shower and water comes through the door on to the floor. I've called the #180*-599-**** daily since then. They would transfer me to another # and I'd leave a message. No one returned my calls. Today, June 8th Ayanna told me that they're working on getting a date to get the installer back out, but no one called to inform me. I'm very disappointed in premier. I choose this company because I thought they were dependable if something went wrong. I need somebody to call me (901-652-****), and get this problem resolved so that my dad can enjoy his shower!!!!!

We live in a mobile home so finding someone to install or repair anything is a nightmare. We were pressured into the buy. We were told it would not only be good for me but for my husband as well who has had 4 back surgeries. We were not told we couldn't get it filled completely without waiting an extra 20 minutes due to hot water demand. We were told it would work on my 6'2" husband's back, but the water can't go higher than waist high & is of no use to him. Why are 10 of the 16 jets on the floor where you have to stand to shower? They hurt my feet & 1/2 of them don't work. They blow cold air that you can actually feel while in the bath turning it luke warm in no time at all. We have been trying to get a hold of the company every week for a month now with not even so much as a return to all the messages we've left. $16,000 after discount for a product that did not live up to promises.

At this time we still have not gotten a response from the company and have the tub now out of the home wrapped in tarps, with a better tub installed.
