Premier Care

In March of 2009, I bought a tub from Premier Bathtub. The salesman came to my house and in front of two witnesses assured me that the tub he was selling me was two inches wider inside and the same width outside compared to my present tub. I'm in a wheelchair and needed a wider tub because I've gained weight. The salesman, Byren Breffle, knew this was the only reason I was buying the tub and deliberately lied to me to make a sale. He'd measured my tub and knew the dimensions of his. As it turned out, Premiers tub was the same inside, which gave me nothing, and an inch narrower than my present tub making a room remodel necessary to install their tub. I had my old tub removed and the people doing it measured Premiers tub and found out the difference. I contacted who I could and the upshot was that Premier called and offered to kindly give me 1/2 of my money back. They offered to give all my money back if I sent papers from the sale and removal of my tub. I did and, of course, they didn't. On reflection, I should have taken this and still filed a lawsuit but I didn't. I thought they might find some integrity. I talked to a former salesman from Premier and was told this is standard practice for them. Make the sale at any cost and if there's consequences, deal with them later. Premier sent a rep out here to check into it. He told them my old tub had never been removed. I have receipts and the men who did it that say differently. I was told that I had to appear in South Daytona, by them, to sue and try to get my money back, which because of medical conditions from a stroke, I'm unable to do. For two years, they have steadfastly refused to return the money that they knowingly, I feel, stole from me. I can't believe they're allowed to do business anywhere. My suspicion is that they pay off the right people. Business the Chicago way. They now offered me my money but I have to sign a release for them absolving them of any wrongdoing, which I won't do.

I use to install for Premiere and found out of their sly business practices. If Premiere has took advantage of you, turn them into your State Plumbing Board, they do do use Licsened plumbers or pull permits.

this is required by law. this will get them in serious trouble and cost them alot money

In March of 2009, I bought a tub from Premier Bathtub. As it turned out, Premiers tub was the same inside, which gave me nothing, and an inch narrower than my present tub making a room remodel necessary to install their tub. I had my old tub removed and the people doing it measured Premiers tub and found out the difference. From what I've seen, they seem to prey on elderly and handicapped. This is backed up by the fact they weren't in any sorry about the fraud and their offer to pay me half of my money back. They just circled the wagons and, as their attorney put it, protected the company. They don't care one bit about the people that were the victims of fraud. My suspicion is that they pay off the right people. Business the Chicago way. They now offered me my money but I have to sign a release for them absolving them of any wrongdoing, which I won't do. No offer was ever made that reimbursed me labor for removing and reinstalling my old tub, forced storage of their tub, my time fighting them, the accounting for inflation, nothing. It was completely their fault yet they want to duck any responsibility. Like the attorney said, protect the company. They're a perfect example, in my opinion, of what's wrong with America. I'm surprised that they're allowed to sell in any state. I urge anyone thinking about, or knowing anyone, thinking about buying from Premier Care to do a web search, Premier Care Complaints, and they'll find out all they need to know.

Premier bathtubs ***

I bought a walk in tub from Premier Bathtubs. I needed a wider tub. The salesman measured my tub and told me his was 2 inches wider inside and the same outside. When it got here, I took my other tub out and it turned out that the tub Premier had sold me was the same inside and two inches less outside. The salesman sat at my table and knowingly lied to me. He knew I was paralyzed with no income and sat right there and lied to me. I don't remember the thief's name or I'd put it here. I called Premier and they sent one of their clowns out. He said my other tub had never been taken out, though he could figure that out, I have no idea. Each and every person I've dealt with at Premier has been a fraud and thief. I'd recommend that people stay as far away from Premier as they possibly can. I talked to a former salesman from Premier and he told me that the reason no prices are on their web site is that the salesman comes t your house and is authorized to determine on the spot how much he can *** you out of. The boat anchor ( tub ) remains in my garage because I'd have to remodel my bathroom to get nothing. The people at Premier are ***. Like I said, keep as far away from them as possible. Go online and find a reputable dealer.

Premier bathtubs

I bought a walk in tub from Premier. I needed a wider tub. I told the salesman exactly what I needed. He measured my tub. He told me his tub was 2 inches wider inside and the same outside. As it turned out, it was the same inside, which did me no good and it was 2 inches less outside which would make it necessary for me to remodel my bathroom to gain nothing. Now, I'm stuck with a walk in tub in my garage that I can't use. I'm paralyzed, which the salesman knew of course, so this really hurt me. All due to a salesman knowingly lying to me. I came to find out find out later that it's the salesman's job to come to your house and figure out what he can bilk you out of and charge you that. I found this out when I was trying to buy a tub I could use and that guy was a former salesman from Premier. It's a great mistake to deal with Premier. There are other companies out there that don't cheat you.

I had been thinking of getting a walk in shower tub combo for a long time but have not gotten around to doing research on companies. Today saw a commercial on TV and the shower tub combo looked great and the ad seemed to hit all the important features I wanted.

The company is Premier so I decided to do a bit of research. Glad I did not act hastily and dial that 800 number first. I have not read one good review. Not from customers or the BBB or Consumer Reports either.

Poor quality. Poor customer service. Sales people who lie and harass and even insult or almost threaten potential customers. But what I really hate is the blatant and uncaring attitude towards the elderly.

Inexcusable. *** will have a special place for the people who work for Premier.

Too bad our government cannot find a place to put them all away until *** is ready for them !!!

A much Wiser Consumer
